   You dont need vista_reset. Its junk anyways. Before you install, go into your bios, set the date to mm/dd/2060. Then install. After you install, and get everything running, (make sure you turn off the auto update clock feature) just go into the bios, and set your date back to normal. Bang, 50+ years of time left to activate. And you dont need to worry about that lame activator virus.

    These links worked perfectly fine for me, did you use winrar to unpack it and type in the password th3zone.com correctly? I got the vista image installed fine from thse links. I downloaded it just last night.

    I actually just got most of the errors I got before to go away with WinRAR. So I must have done something wrong. Sorry. However, there seems to be an error with R29. I even downloaded it 6 times on a T1 line and I still get the same error. Only R29.

    Yes, I used WinRAR and used the supplied password.

    The first time I tried to unpack it I typed the password wrong but it goes all the way to the end of the unpacking before it checks the password for some reason. So it might appear to be a problem with the last file, part 29 when its really a problem with the password. You might not of seen the wrong password in brackets at the end of the error because you need to scroll over to the right. As follows is the password error I get, it mentions part 29 probly because thats were it checked the password:

    ! C:\Downloads\Vista.part29.rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file Vista\UDF VOLUME.mdf (wrong password ?)

    Did you try copy and pasting the password into the password box? You can do that. Also were you typing an E or a 3 in th3zone.com? Because you want a 3, also there is no www. at the beginning of the password.

    doesnt work, wont let you past the product key stage, says it needs to be restarted so i clicked skip instead and it did nothing! waste of time………

    After install the vista, only need is change the year to back and remove the automatically update clock option. And enjoy the vista version.

    This isn’t even the full version. It says that this is the RC1 version which can’t be updated to the final release.

    This download is all the versions, including ultimate. After you enter the supplied cd key during the installation it asks you what version you want to install. I installed ultimate just fine from this download. However it seems most of these links are dead now, perhaps whoever uploaded it will upload it again.

    The above links that are broken now is not the final release, it is only a recent beta. It is build 5840. The final version is build 6000.

    Here is a link to the final version, build 6000. There is 49 50MB parts and they arn’t in order, but they are all there. Last night when I downloaded it all links were found. I did not upload these files. I installed it, works fine, and is build 6000.

    Do you guys not care about the link I posted? All of those links I posted are still WORKING! and it is also the FINAL RTM version! The links on this page are only a recent RC2 BUILD 5840 BETA!

    Whoever uploaded these files gave it a weird name landscaping__lordenicon_.partxx.rar but it is Vista Build 6000 final and DOES work. The cd Key YFKBB-PQJJV-G996G-VWGXY-2V3X8 still works with the final version also for some reason.

    The Link Joe Left Works fine, everything installed just fine too. But i cannot get past the 30 day activation. I set my bios clock to 206X0 something, turned off time sync. and then rolled the bios back, but still displays 30 days to activate. anyone know what i did wrong?

    There was 49 links, but now a couple of the first ones and a couple of the last ones are now missing. Thats rapidshare for you. I might see if I can find some new ones to post, but I wouldn’t download them to see if they work since I only have a 1Mb down and 256Kb up satellite connection. I’d upload them myself if I had a better connection. Too bad I live in the middle of nowhere.

    When I changed my BIOS to the year 2060 and then installed vista, turned off the time sync and then changed the bios back to 2007 vista still says I only have 30 days to activate. But its been about a week now and it still says I have 30 days to activate, so it appears to freeze the timer for 53 years when you do that. Won’t know for sure if it worked until 30 days has passed and I’m still able to get into vista.
